- To use the hotel's free shuttle from Fukuchi-Onsen-guchi bus stop, call before departing from JR Takayama Station or Hirayu bus terminal. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. - Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. - Please note that the property cannot accommodate special meal requests for guests with a food allergy or other meal restrictions. - The front desk is open until 22:00. - Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast and/or dinner at the hotel must make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. - Please note this property is located in Okuhida Hot Spring Villages.
