דירה בסדר גמור למי שצריך ורוצה להיות באזור. המתקנים קצת בלויים, בעיקר המזגן בסלון, אבל בסך הכל תרומה טובה למחיר.

I like the home away from home feel. And the plus point is that there is a washing machine.
