Had not been cleaned. Hair and dust everywhere. Main bed had no top sheet and duvet covers were not clean. They smelt. Shower recess had hair in grate and one area of ingrained hair on tiles…

Dirty! Loose hair everywhere even on the bed sheets…, someone’s DIRTY LAUNDRY under the laundry sink! Finger prints all over the cupboards in kitchen…
