Bu ev gerçekten rahat temiz ve konforluydu. Her şey düşünülmüş. Çamaşır ve kurutma makinesi dahi mevcuttu. Old towna yürümek sadece 4-5 dk sürüyordu. Ayrıca sahibi İvan’da oldukça nazik ve ilgiliydi.
