Joustavuudesta. Avaimen sai toivottuun aikaan, joka oli aikaisin. Kaikki muu vastasi ennakkotietoja, oli siistiä ja toimivaa. Käytin asuntoa vain yhden yön nukkumiseen ja siihen se oli erinomainen.
