As its a private apartment, the hotel flora staff arent very helpful but this is no fault of the owners.

Nice studio, good location & had all necessary amenities.
Oven hood/extractor fan didn't work. We had hoped to use the spa, but day passes were a little pricey (30BGN per service) so we didn't.
