Took 2 emails and one phone call to get the lock box number. Then there was no key in it. Had to wait for the cleaner to arrive with hers.

On arrival, the key box code was blocked …
I rang the owner, to assist us with this, however with great force it was released …the key ring holder had jammed inside the box..
