花园因长年疏于打理，四处杂草丛生，略显荒芜。恰逢雨天，整片区域潮湿泥泞。由斜坡通往房间的路段没有防滑设施，雨水浸润后路面格外湿滑，行走存在不小隐患，上下通行需要格外小心，整体户外空间亟待修整改造。
