JoelCheck in was 4:00 P..M, Gave us the key, walked in, and had not been cleaned or stocked. Sand on the coach, no towels, cloths, soap, shampoo, dish cleaner, nothing. They were fine with refunding the expedia account.
DianeWas supposed to be a cabin, ended up being a suite, it was dirty upon arrival. Had to ask someone to come and sweep and mop. New bed sheets and towels and wash cloths. View was beautiful and I loved that.
