房间设施看起来还可以，但那么冷的冬天居然跳闸到停电，然后跟工作人员沟通还一直未果，4000多人民币的房费，我们所有人那么冷洗不了澡，一晚上没有暖气，小孩还冻感冒了
处理问题需要改进：跳闸停电没有人及时处理；事后沟通赔偿事宜没有人处理，想要不了了之
