직원들이 상당히 친절함. 호텔 복도나 시설들은 청결하게 관리되고 있음. 특히 향에 신경을 많이 쓴 듯 함.
방 내부 시설은 모텔 수준이고 전체적으로 너무 낡았음. 방에 들어가자마자 공기가 습했으며, 특히 침구류들이 눅눅한 게 느껴질 정도였음. 조식 레벨이 기대치보다 낮았음. 입실할 때 조식 무료 프로모션 관련하여 안내를 하지 않음.
