Nozomi忠武路駅から近く、アクセスが良い。
バスルームは広くバスタブありかつバス・トイレ別なのも嬉しい。
バスルームの排水が若干悪いが、シャワーを四隅で浴びれば問題なし。
フロントの方が日本語堪能でチェックアウトが深夜になってしまったが、問題なく対応していただけた。
