住宿地點附近的機能非常便利，尤其附近的伯努伊酒店1F大廳就有一台wowpass，對國外旅客儲值及換錢都非常便利。

其它像便利商店、咖啡店、餐廳、酒吧也都應有盡有，離地鐵站也不遠。

民宿內的設施設備，雖然空間無法到非常大，但該有的都有，對於願意自己打理生活的旅客非常夠用。
其實基本上沒有什麼問題，如果一定要提出的話，就上面提到的空間小一些，但這不是問題。
