If your running on a budget this a place to go Hue as a city i would only stay 2nights the staff were very helpfull 24hr desk funishings a little dated but comfortable non the less hot shower every day and clean towels…

The staff was nice, the place was clean.. The location was good, not super central, but close enough. They help with tours and give suggestions. A nice café right next door.
