A damage deposit of SGD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The payable total price may be increased by 1% due to the GST increase in 2024. Full payment is required upon check in. A deposit may be required at the property.
