Гарне розташування, співвідношення ціни та якості.
Розташування недалеко від центру, відносно безпечний район, зручне ліжко, гарний інтернет. Гаряча вода в душі, фен, на кухні достатньо посуду та інших зручностей.
У внутрішньому дворику помешкання було темно, тому…

Дуже затишні апартаменти. Розташування зручне - 10 хв пішки до вулиці Дерибасівська. Чисто. Всі зручності були - праска, сушилка. Але розраховуйте, що холодильник маленький.

Зручна квартирка, два кондиціонери, є все необхідне, близько до центру.
Ворота в двір не зачинялись схоже взагалі, це двір автомобільного коледжу, то було трохи неспокійно, що зайти може будь хто вдень та вночі.
