Just the size of the room.
Not even ten minutes after walking into the room, my kids find a dead cockroach. The floors felt damp. The smell in the room was not pleasant at all.

The keycard didn’t work, but the clerk had no idea it wasn’t working and did her best to make it right. Eventually got in our room and they made it right!!! Customer service is key at this…

The A/C unit was blowing at the bed and not the ceiling to cool the room. I was very disappointed that I couldn't adjust the direction of the air flow.
