We loved how soft the beds were and how the person we rented the room from communicated with me. He made sure to let me know that if we had any problems he was there for us and the hotel staff were so friendly.

Our room was absolutely great, but it was the only part that was.
The entire place was in shambles. No way to easily get to the beach without having to use a service walkway, pool area was horrible, only one outside pool…
