Apparently property management does not allow subletting.
So we recieved a ,notice to vacate by 01 march 2026 .
We were not allowed to use thr pool, laundry and trash room which made the stay…

The host made it difficult to collect the keys. Timing to meet to hand over the keys was on their schedule and then they were still 40 minutes late.
The sofa bed was completely broken and nothing was done to replace/fix…

Tolle große Wohnung. Super Lage - 10 min zum Strand. Haben es zu 5. genutzt . Schlafcouch und Betten sehr bequem. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert.
Zu wenig Gläser.
