2. 저렴한 가격이라 오는 투숙객 수준이 낮다고 평가됨 (밤새 엄청난 크기의 소음으로 새벽 5시까지 음주가무를 즐김. 프론트에서 신경을 안씀)
3. 에일랏 해변과 쇼핑센터와 멀기 때문에 무조건 차량이 필요한 곳
