洗脫烘一體式洗衣機效率稍差，希望假以時日能有單獨一台瓦斯烘衣機。
玄關大門透視度太高，希望大門內可以加個簾子，這樣可以提升整體屋內的隱私。

駅も近くにあるので札幌市内まで出るのも簡単。ＧＯタクシーで２０分程度。
