Great old house, and super location.
No air conditioning, just a fan which is useless. It was 28C in the room while it was 20C outside at night. Very uncomfortable to sleep in that heat.

The villa is beautiful and in a very quiet zone. With a car, you can be anywhere in Toscana region in a few hours, which makes it a great location for a stay. There's also enough free public parking place in the village.…
