Grim and Very disappointing.
The view , the location, the clean bedding and hot water. The origional features were dirty.

Dreadful. Given the competition in the short holiday letting market, we would like a refund.
Location fine in relation to sea and St Ives town, despite no parking (as warned by the details). But the location at night is a nightmare due to passerby traffic (drunk, loud, invasive). This is a not a good location…

Perfect location and we made the best of the stay.
Great location close to the harbour
Property in need of refreshing, kitchen area in particular. Range stove and electrical appliances grubby.
Lack of storage for clothing as cupboards were filled with ‘stuff’.
