Die Lage ist sehr passend, die Klimaanlage funktioniert an heißen Sommertagen sehr gut und ist nicht laut, ein außergewöhnlicher Ausblick vom 8. Stock, der Gastgeber hat sehr gut erklärt, wie man ins Haus gelangt.

An undiscovered Jewel!
This apartment has a view of the small town of Pontedera that will take your breath away! 180 degrees of vista that include the confluence of the Arno and the Era rivers to the East...and the rooftops of the town itself…

Not the best experience of Pontedera, sligthly uncomfortable.
Spacious and luminous. Very helping owner.
Textile in the house (e.g. sofa covers) had a very dusty smell, triggering allergies. Quite noisy area, also not the safest part of Pontedera especially at night.

It is super secure, even though the building is a bit old it seems the apartment has been recently renovated so it is quite comfortable. The apartment is huge. The host is great, always helpful, attentive and replies…
