兎に角ご飯が不味くてうんざりしました

標高が高いので朝晩は涼しく外の空気が気持ち良かった。
大浴場の脱衣室の床に髪の毛がたくさん落ちたままだったり、あまりキレイでない(濡れた感じの)バスマットがずっと敷いてあったりして、少し嫌だった。

部屋からの景色が良かった。
部屋は暖房設備のみでした。
標高が高い涼しい立地だが、真夏の暑い時期に宿泊したため、室温が高くなり寝苦しかった。

お庭お散歩しましたが、お花がもう少しあれば素敵かもって思いました！
タカネビランジJapanスタッフさんが親切で感じが良かった
スタッフさんがとても親切で優しかった。スタッフさんは外国人の方が多かった。朝、夕食共お料理は美味しかった。泊まったお部屋はマウントビューではなかったが食事の会場や露天風呂からは天気が良かったので美しい山々が見られて満足した。
残念だったのはWiｆiが使えなかった事。

朝晩のバイキング方式の食事内容が、食材、調理、種類、全て、素晴らしかった。
スタッフのホスピタリティは、良かったが、日本語がいまひとつなので、細かいことの確認がしにくかった。プール有料制は、ウェブサイトに掲載してほしい。マッサージチェア利用方法(料金、使用可否)は、その場にわかるように表示してほしい。
