To many questions to answer for hotel booking.

Family review for weekend at southend stay
Overall the apartment was nice but the sofa bed advertised as double which was completely misleading. We had an 11 year old and 17 year old with us - they just about fitted on the so called double sofa bed. They both…

The communication leading up to the booking was terrible. When we arrived the front door was wide open and the room was not as advertised.
