Lovely oasis
The property was a lovely little hide away 10 mins drive from Agonda beach. The wildlife around the villa was a pleasure to see.
Staff were very helpful organising shuttles to the beach and day trips

It was peaceful and breakfast was good - the only drawback is that there’s no connectivity without wifi which can be off
The privacy
The lack of facilities to protect against mosquitoes. The HIT given for the room didn’t work and so I had to endure bugs during the evening which was not ideal with a young child. The pool was freezing cold…

Beautiful property. Well maintained. If you are with elderly family, just have to remember that there are quite a few stairs to to get to your room.
In house breakfast was amazing as well.

We stayed at Simroseate Hotel in Goa for nine nights over Boxing Day through New Year’s, and it was absolutely perfect. We didn't want to leave! I have been to Goa many times and this by far my favourite hotel.
