Ho dovuto cercare subito altra struttura e negano che abbia fatto il check in e rifiutano di rimborsare.

Persoonlijke ontvangst, als de gastheer weet wanneer je aankomt zorgt hij dat hij er is en hij tilde zelfs mijn koffer naar de eerste verdieping.
