Service recovery was done right and the ac room available was offered and we paid the difference.
Location was great.
The room didn't say no ac and it was really hot so had to change the room for the next day.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön groß.
Das Frühstück war etwas wenig und uns wurde am Ende eine Service Pauschale berechnet, die wir nicht nachvollziehen konnten. Das gab es ansonsten bei keiner anderen Unterkunft.
