El estar en el centro y poder ir a la visita de Alhambra caminando y disfrutando de la ciudad.
Zona de difícil aparcamiento y restringida a coches. La calle por la noche se apreciaba gente un poco de la calle.

Que a pesar de que estaba limpio olía a tabaco. No deberían dejar fumar en la estancia, porque los siguientes inquilinos no tienen el porqué soportar el olor.
