当方にとりましては、様々な目的で訪問するところ（たとえば図書館）が近いというロケーションの良さを常々感じております。
何度もお世話になっています。コロナ禍以降、朝食がファミマのお弁当中心となりました。メニューが揚げ物中心だったりすることもあり、正直、高齢者の朝食としては「きつい！」と感じます。
