服務普通的民宿
店家的標準4人房是一間浴室不在房間內的4人雅房，房間有2張雙人床、1個邊櫃、1個梳妝台、1個只能看到別人家的陽台跟可能放不下4人行李的小走道。房間門口正對樓梯口，房間內沒有小燈。樓梯的燈光會透過門口上方的透明玻璃打進房間，非常亮，必須等到旅客都休息後，出去把樓梯間的燈關掉才能睡覺。不建議冬天帶小孩的家庭選這間，洗澡會很麻煩，浴室、門外走道跟房間內是三種不同溫度，入住當晚約4度左…

此次的住房衞浴是在房間外邊很不方便，在當初訂房訊息標註不夠清楚。停車位置動線不好要小心。

冷漠的飯店
是次清境之行分別入住兩間不同的旅店，而這一間完全掃興。
入住旅店前，要拖行李走一大段斜路，如有老人或小孩，絕不建議入住。
最掃興的是合歡山看日出的安排，入住時，老闆娘表示400台幣一人，但午飯後，又變成800一人，是新春附加費？
我同意後，老闆娘示意我凌晨4:40會有人到飯店接我們，所以4:30就要在lobby等候。
結果，我凌晨4:20就在lobby等候，可是等到5:…

romantic looking outside but not good enough service...and no washing room in our room ...i didnot notice when booked it ！that is so inconvenient

乾淨又舒適的民宿
我們這次入住了三間雙人房，一間四人房，一間八人房，整體來說都很不錯。唯一一個小缺點是雙人房和四人房那一棟似乎是共用電熱水器，所以洗到一半熱水被用光只剩冷水。但瑕不掩瑜，民宿位置視野很好，在房間就可以看到日出及雲海，停車也方便!很推薦
