Please note that transfers are included in the room rate for guests arriving at Caticlan Airport. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their flight details and expected arrival time. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. The hotel may pre-authorise your card before arrival, but actual payment will be made at the hotel. Accommodations have a maximum capacity of 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 years old or below. When accompanied by a dine-in adult, up to 2 children of the registered in-house hotel guests aged 6 and below can enjoy buffet meals at Vintana Asian Cafe at no additional charge. Additional children aged 6 and below, and all children aged 7–11 years, will receive a 50% discount on the adult buffet price. Applicable for all Shangri-La Circle Members. Buffet is subject to availability. A surcharge of PHP 1000 inclusive of taxes per room per way will be applied for all arrival and departure speedboat journeys from 19:00 to 07:00.
