Stephen服务热情，友好，房间清洁，还有孩子们各种娱乐项目，小孩子很开心。
不过管理方面还比较传统，村里的配套管理不够统一，比如晚上的KTV（持续到10:30PM）如果能尽量不要打扰到想睡觉的人就更好了。
