לא היו מים חמים במשך 5 ימים!!! לא הגיוני שבן אדם בחופשה צריך להתקלח במים קרים, כל פעם שביקשנו שיתקנו את זה שלחו מישהו ולא השתנה כלום, היה מים חמים רק במרתף לזמן מוגבל
ביקשנו עוד מגבות ומצעים למיטה אחת…
