Good value for the price!
Nice helpful staff. Great value, quiet location, but in a residential neighborhood so less nearby shops and restaurants. We had 3 rooms, basement and 1st floor rooms have view to a brick wall, 2nd floor has some view.…

Breakfast was really good.

The hotel is near the university avenue ,so you can easily access to it.
Also,it has 24 hours counter and you can check in at late night.

３泊しましたが，最初テレビの電源が全く入らず，２日目の朝にホテルに伝えたのですが，結局テレビの電源が入るようになったのは最終泊の日でした．あまりテレビは見ないのですが，せっかくあるのに使えないのはちょっと残念です．
