Overall very clean. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. Location a bit hidden and hard to find from main road. But staff ate pleasant anf readily available at front desk 24/7.

I like that the price was very affordable for a easy stop if you're just transiting through the city of Hat Yai to the islands. However it's a bit far in from the main road and the resort sign was easily missed…
