我對這次住宿非常不滿意。
我預訂的是1樓泳池旁的雙人房（一張床），但是員工一直說我訂的是單人房。
因為語言不通，我無法和員工好好溝通，只能請越南朋友打電話幫我翻譯。
最後飯店給我的處理方式，是讓我用一樣的價格，改住到比較便宜的2樓雙床房。我認為這樣非常不合理。
另外，員工也沒有清楚告知我其他設施能不能使用，幾乎沒有提供任何協助。整體服務很差。

Big swimming pool, full gym. Had a pickle ball court and tennis court. Short walk to the main street where the shops and restaurants are.

I would have liked the showers to have a divid so that water didn't get everywhere
