You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The laundry packages are automatically included in the price. These packages contain bed linen for bedsheet, duvet and pillow, as well as two big and one small towel. Per every accomodation you also find one bathmat in every bath and two dishtowels in the kitchen.
