Posizione eccezionale a due passi dal mare, immobile al di sotto delle aspettative, qualche piccolo inconveniente risolto direttamente dal proprietario, persona eccezionale, con tempestività ed impegno massimo.

La posizione vicinissima al mare è stata una vera comodità soprattutto perché abbiamo un bimbo di 2 anni.
Il vicinato troppo chiassoso ma non è da accorpare al proprietario.
