The room size was good. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had hot water.
Couldn’t contact the staff over the phone at anytime. There were three phone numbers provided for the guests. Nine of them work…

The location was lovely, one night stay on way up to jaffna.
The staff were helpful , if you are looking for somewhere to stay that offers some luxury and style then this the place .beautiful hotel.
