The location just across from the Promenade is great. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 all along that Promenade to the ferry terminal. It boasts a market on the bottom floor and many dozens of bars, restaurants cafes…

There’s a leaking prob in the toilet that host offered us to fix it during our stay but we decided not to bother as we didn’t want to be bothered.
