Some parts of the property were a little tired. One shower leaked and we couldn't work the extractor fan over the cooking hob which needed cleaning.

Central - hard to find initially.
No mobile phone after hours - had to rely on another resident to gain access after hours as my mobile number was incorrect . No email to say it was an issue.
