The facilities were excellent every comfort of home
We were at the rear of the property and across the road there seemed to be a business in a private residence
and often emanated industrial noises.

Modern styling, relatively new (or refurbed) apartment, comfortable beds and sofas, lots of kitchen utensils and appliances. Location is great. Management is friendly. The multiple balconies are a nice addition.

The location was perfect and the covered balcony got a lot of use due to the bad weather.
