While I was there, the pool was emptied without prior warning. Disappointed. The hotel didn't receive details from booking.com. Thankfully, the hotel was not fully booked.

I book in your website the rate shown 25000 but they put 27000 thousands and they add 2800 more for my bill I think they cheats me if I make payment in credit card they will charge me 3% more…
