Close to Beach and city centre. A bit dated, skirting board missing in hallway and bed in main room is saggy. Good size for a family

Property was spacious with a well equipped kitchen and laundry.
Close to Clarkes Beach...less than 5 minute walk.
Only negatives were the street noise from Lawson Street and lousy WIFI connection.
