Check-in is between 16:00 and 18:00 on weekdays, or via self check-in after 18:00. On weekends, self check-in is available after 13:00. Details will be sent via email and text on the day of arrival. Please note that the property has no lift, and all guest rooms are located on the first and second floors. Access to the private paid car park is narrow (2 metres wide). Parking costs GBP 7 per car, or a free street parking permit can be issued. Pets can be accommodated for GBP 10 per room, per night. Pets must not be left unattended in rooms. A breakfast hamper can be purchased on arrival for GBP 3.50 per person, per night. Please order by text or phone call. Free luggage storage, travel cot hire, travel buggy hire, and room service are available. Takeaway meals may be eaten in the coffee lounge. Paper plates and cutlery are provided, along with access to a fridge, microwave, toaster, and refreshments.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
