①スタッフが不在のため、チェックイン方法を連絡待ちであったが、近くにいたイタリア語をしゃべれる人に電話をしてもらって、やっと連絡が来た
②その連絡のコードが間違っていた。たまたまいた人に番号を確認してもらって入室できた
入室後は、問題はなく、快適であった
