Отличная просторная квартира со свежим ремонтом расположена на улице Сарьяна. Одна из лучших квартир, в которых оставались в Ереване (прилетаем каждый год).

Great apartment, but owner was disrespectful
The property is only 15 minutes away from the city center so the location is good and the apartment was very spacious.
Overall the place was great and looks just like the pictures.
We didn’t appreciate the property…
