الهدوء والجيران وتعامل صاحب العقار نظافة المكان والتجهيزات المتوفرة.
اواني المطبخ تحتاج الى تجديد بالاضافة الى سخان الماء تحتاج الى تقليل درجة الحرارة.

فيها شطاف
في البداية طلبوا 300 مارك بوسني تأمين ترجع عند التسليم
الا ان الموظف صالح ( بوسني مشرف على البيت )رفض ارجاع 100 مارك ( تقريبا 219 ريال سعودي )
و السبب ان الباب انقفل من الداخل و…
